At the heart of Adbhut Brand Studio lies the multidisciplinary vision of Arijit Das Choudhury — a creative designer specialist with over 27 years of experience shaping visual narratives across print, digital, and broadcast media. From national dailies to international platforms, his work has consistently pushed the boundaries of design and animation in journalism.
Arijit’s journey began in 1996, when he earned a scholarship at Shanker’s Academy of Arts and stepped into the world of visual storytelling as a book illustrator. By 1999, he had graduated from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University, and quickly transitioned into the newsroom at Asia News International (ANI), where he brought motion to current affairs as a pre-production graphic visual animator for Ghoomta Aaina, a weekly news magazine aired on Doordarshan.
As India entered the digital age, so did Arijit’s career. He joined The Indian Express in 2002, marking the beginning of a series of impactful stints at some of the country's most influential media houses — The Times of India, Ananda Bazar Patrika, Network18, and Hindustan Times. In each role, Arijit blended editorial integrity with innovative design, transforming how audiences consumed news and storytelling.
